Small company limits vertical movement

I would give 2 stars solely to the employees at CPI. Co-workers were amazing, at both their jobs and at being fun to work with

Management (CEO) is completely clueless. There's also a major conflict with the HR department which is the CEO's wife. Their labs are not up to code because the CEO refuses to take suggestions but if there are problems, CEO blames it on the employees. -5 stars for the management.
