Some people there are great, but a rare find. Bonus is ok.
Cons
They promise you training but never deliver. Most of the talented and kind employees have left because of the leadership team. They belittle you, are constantly rude and are condescending. Flexible/hybrid work is not possible because they do not believe in a work/life balance and have trouble trusting their employees. Do not believe what the salary range is on glassdoor. It is DRASTICALLY lower. You will be overworked and underpaid, along with the constant bickering/high school drama that goes on in manufacturing. Remember, you spend the majority of your time at work, so choose the right environment to be in.
