Know that going into this job you will be expected to know everything right off the bat. If "you're not getting it" after the first week or two, you will be fired. The CEO will just email you telling you you're fired. You will be expected to stay over the time that your supposed to leave. If you leave at your scheduled time, then you are a "clock watcher" and will probably get fired. One time I saw someone get fired for bringing chili for lunch in a ziplock. The CEO thought that was weird and fired him. There is zero job security and the turnover rate is extremely high.
You will be publicly ridiculed and everyone will talk to you like you're stupid. Upper management is a game of who can suck up to the CEO the most. They will all talk crap about you so that everyone else in the office can also hear. They give unrealistic expectations of what they want and then act like you had been sitting there doing nothing when it doesn't get finished, or something gets missed. No matter how hard you work you will still get in trouble for something and they will all talk about how stupid you are publicly. Your self esteem will reach new lows. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to the fake reviews on here.
