Pros
There are a few excellent people trying to do good work in support of the mission, in spite of a poisonous culture.
Cons
Senior leadership is arrogant, narcissistic and deaf to any constructive criticism or ideas. Overly concerned with rhetoric and image, instead of real progress and work. A great deal of dead wood and failing up, limits the potential for advancement and career paths for even the most talented staffers. Too much back stabbing and a frightening lack of transparency. HR plays favorites and does not protect or support employees.
