Good benefits including dependent tuition (although the allowance hasnt changed in years and cant keep up with rising tuition)
Cons
Frequent layoffs, little work-life balance. Expected to respond to emails in the evenings and weekends, and even on vacation. Very "cliquey" and those that are favorites get promoted.
