The leadership is made primarily of folks who do not seem to care for the needs of the staff. While student care is the focus, staff are constantly quitting due to unreasonable expectations and changing goalposts. Middle management are terrified of the CEO, and standing up to him often leads to the departure of emboldened staff. In an organization of fewer than 40 people, more than 20 have quit or been fired in the last 12 months.
