Pros
Have the ability and the autonomy to write your own story. The focused and partnered skill development I get from my supervisor is way beyond what my preener experiencing. I get exposed to experiences and scenarios that others my age are not trusted with and because of that my future has been accelerated.
Cons
It hard and you are always being push to your limit. It is how you expand capacity and I know it's what I signed up for but the reality of it at times can become overwhelming. I am thankful for the support I have when I am at that point.

Great opportunity for the right individual to learn how to be a successful entrepreneur. Tons of coaching and support.

- This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success
- Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees.
- Royalty was significant early on.
