flexible work environment, good health insurance, good PTO and time off, politically progressive environment, seems like the president and vice presidents really care and want to see CCS succeed

experience differs drastically depending on what department you are employed in, the director of my department is stuck in their ways and completely unable to take accountability for their part in avoidable issues, favoritism is rampant in my department, no career mobility unless someone retires also Richard Rogers is not the CEO/President anymore. the current president is Don Tuski. (just wanted to note this because the info on glassdoor is incorrect)
