      Pros

      The students that you meet are amazing. The company invested in consultants to improve organizational culture. My direct manager gave me autonomy.

      Cons

      There was not enough of a focus on Diversity Equity and Inclusion and lower level employees were encouraged to attend these trainings but executive leadership did not attend and lead by example.

      flex-hours, work-life balance, lots of opportunity to make an impact with your work, given a lot of freedom to take ownership of projects, culture of learning and support for coworkers

      Cons

      cyclical nature of education can be stressful during certain months, a newer organization so you must be comfortable with uncertainty, no retirement match
