Pros
The company is run very ethically, and they seem to care about the well being of all their employees. A very fun environment and the work they do is super rewarding.
Cons
There is nothing I can say that is too negative, but there can be a bit of a scarcity mindset because the work is so coveted, it can feel very personal when people aren’t hired back.
