Pros
The people are genuinely kind, collaborative, and fun to work with. Leadership cares about the work and the clients, and there’s a strong sense of creativity and flexibility in how we approach projects.
I have worked at a lot of agencies (small and big), and I've never felt more empowered to lead with my strengths unique to myself as an individual more than I have at Collier.Simon. There is open communication with the GCD and other creative leads, as well as a collaborative work environments for the account + creative teams to work alongside one another. There is emphasis on education for skill development and leadership is always on the forefront of innovation with technology and industry evolution.
Although based out of LA, I was able to move with my husband back to the ET and my counterparts worked with me to ensure that I still maintained a good work-life-balance and I now have a fully cross-time zone team that works seamlessly to work together. I am able to raise my hand for help and set boundaries when needed. I am approaching 2.5yrs and overall feel super happy with type of work, client relationships, opportunity to travel and where the agency is headed.
I absolutely love working here, 10/10 would recommend!
Cons
Career trajectory needs more clarity to ensure company and personal goals align.
Balance between the demand of incoming client work and team capacity can be challenging.
