      Struggling to come up with them

      This is the most "boys club" workplace you could ever imagine and not a single one of them is even remotely aware of it. Literally every single support staff in my experience was a young woman and no one cared how the salesmen they worked under treated us. Legitimately felt like I was working in Mad Men.

      Thank for you taking the time to leave a review. While we do recognize the gap felt in diversity within certain groups, we have taken proactive and immediate action to improve. One of the recent programs launched was mandatory office wide Diversity & Inclusion training for all employees to further knowledge around this important topic. We recognize that this is just one step and we have executive sponsors driving this home from the very top to ensure we continue to provide an inclusive and safe workplace for all.

      Pros

      -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

      Cons

      -Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
