Pros

- Colleagues were lovely - Lots of activities within the office - Nice office space - A culture of not many meetings, which is helpful to get things done

Cons

- Received no training, and was thrown into the job (as a graduate) - Didn't have anyone senior to me to guide me/train me - Competitive atmosphere in the office - people commenting on who has attended the office more and who hasn't etc... - Nasty comments about previous employees -My "manager" never set up a 1-1 meeting with me during the time I was there - Sacked for underperformance, but was never given a warning and then was told in my exit interview that it was because they felt they needed someone more senior/with more experience for the role. - Massive drinking culture - Was asked to do things that weren't in my job description, as I wasn't hired as a graphic designer. - Marketing budget is minimal

Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
