Pros

Great Experience Living Mostly Paid For Great Social Experience Great Insight to the Company and Industry Iowa was actually more fun than I thought, Cedar Rapids has several breweries restaurants and and an alright night life. The theatre and library are top notch, minor league hockey and baseball venues, and local sports leagues.

Cons

The onboarding process can be rough/useless and you sometimes have to do more to get yourself up to speed than you'd want. HR has great employees and really useless employees. Just have to keep trying to reach the useful ones sometimes. Talk to a manager if you are having issues getting help.

Pros

40 hr/wk Easy work for the pay Ability to use vacation with little notice Some leadership is willing to help you move up and increase pay quickly

Cons

Leadership does not communicate with one another Little room to move up or into another department without someone leaving Poor standards in comparison to other sites within the company Employees who do not meet efficiency standards receive no consequences and are not informed of process issues (leadership issue) Tribal knowledge seems to run the site, not standard work It is a family affair.
