The corporate culture in many locations has much to be desired. Accountability is lacking all the way up through management. If something doesn't go right, the fingers start pointing at everyone else, thus the lack of accountability. Poor direction from management leads to delays in projects and delays to the customer. When it comes time for your annual review, management will look for faults instead of accomplishments. Benefits are below industry standards. Not many options to choose from other than catastrophic, high deductible health insurance plans that will cost you a pretty penny in premiums.
