Great for old people - Painter Collins Aerospace Employee Review

My experience at this company was not as fulfilling as I had hoped. The work environment felt disorganized, which made it challenging to stay on track with tasks. Unfortunately, there wasn't much opportunity for creativity or growth, and I found the work to be fairly repetitive. On top of that, the pay didn't seem to match the level of effort expected from employees. While the company may work for some, I personally found it lacking in key areas like challenge, development, and fair compensation.
