Pros
The work life balance is very good. Your experience may vary depending on what business unit you work in. Most direct managers are willing to listen and help you within the company. Most engineers are friendly.
Cons
Upper management is non-existent. Siloed work environment if you're a technical person. Very very inefficient. My business unit was not doing well and employees suffered because of it. Many older people who are looking to get laid off to kickstart their retirement.
