Worst management ever - Leasing Agent Colonial Property Management Employee Review

The company is small, and the culture is to employ within. This is OK if those people are educated and experienced , but they are not. Management is made up of inexperienced worn out people who do not listen to anything that can benefit or change the company. The turnover is ridiculous. Do not work here. Nothing will ever change.
