It is a good place to build your resume. However, they simply do not value their employees, unfortunately for this reason they are a revolving door. Sometimes company will provide lunch and birthday bagels.

CEO does not believe in work from home, but HE can work remotely even though he does not know how to use a computer. He has employees from office remotely connect him to his meetings. Make it make sense. Also on terrible snow days they refuse to close making it clear they don't care about employee safety, only their bottom line and "Image" even though customers don't physically come in. Remember this is an online bond/insurance company...
