      Pros

      Colony has changed their management. They have made such a turnaround. Processes has been better. Management has been great. Co-workers are friendly. The atmosphere is laid back. Very flexible. Overall much better place to work for.

      They can work on having better benefits for the employees.

      If you’re from downtown Chicago it does take a while to get out to the offices
