Pros
- Family Owned Business - Very fast paced environment, but plenty of managerial support. - The opportunity to meet new people on a daily basis - Competitive wage for the area - TONS of opportunity to grow within the company (I went from seasonal to middle management within 2 years.)
Cons
- LONG hours in the summer time - 99% of the staff are seasonal - Benefits aren't offered to seasonal employees - You have to deal with unhappy guests and complaints on a daily basis
