Expect to be overworked - they're all about "Do More With Less", slamming patients through clinic and leaving staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Top-heavy organization that promotes on the basis of favoritism and is perpetually intentionally understaffed with the expectation that existing staff "will just have to figure it out." Executive "leadership" is a joke and has no integrity. Don't believe anything they tell you because they'll change their tune the next day and wait 2 weeks to tell you they've done so IF they tell you at all. Expect promises to be broken.
