Easy Paycheck, but Frustrating - Anonymous employee Colorcon INC Employee Review

Managers are pretty incompetent. Chosen because they’ve been here longest, not because of their performance. Pay’s also pretty abysmal. We’re a pharma company but they want to pay us like standard manufacturing. Anybody worth anything moves on to bigger and better after a couple years.
