Instead, they provided a third-party tool to check if our data had leaked on the dark web, which required entering additional sensitive information - Limited career growth opportunities — while internal transfers were possible, there were no senior roles available - Department structure lacked clarity and transparency - No confirmation on whether the department would remain or be made redundant following the migration (it's been two years since the transition to Colt) - All employees on fixed-term contracts were dismissed, with no option to transfer to other departments. Recruitment has been suspended - Entire departments were let go without proper communication to employees in other teams - The Polish office was closed, raising concerns about further layoffs
