Professional company and very good for employees - Anonymous employee Colt Technology Services Group Limited Employee Review

Colt has a solid structure as a company with different processes, internal commissions (protection/promotion of minorities, women rights, ethical business, etc.), workers' councils, awards for well-performing employees, regular employees' surveys (advice to Colt's management how to improve some processes or just expression of support of Colt management's decisions, etc.). Colt is a well established company; it is, luckily, not like a chaotic start-up where it is unclear who is responsible for which scope/tasks. Colt has a long-term relationship with its shareholder which makes Colt's business planning sustainable, realistic, and meaningful. Colt has a clear business vision/plan with a stable growth. Colt is also very good at taking care of its employees (this really makes a difference with other IT companies) . I like its informal working environment where we have enough space for fun/personal communication in a constantly changing telco world.
