      - Lots of free time to study and complete homework. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. - Bonus networking with professors if you are majoring in the same department.

      - Rare fire drill days where you can't complete homework.

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The pay could be better.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
