      Great benefits package Unlimited sick time (often abused by others) Ample vacation accrual (~23-28 days per year - 1.5 days per pay cycle)

      Pay is low No room to grow professionally, no support in career advancement Only full reimbursement for education are undergraduate classes within the university Annual bonus is to the discretion of the unit you belong to

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
