Pros
Due to the high turnover rate at Columbine, it is easy to get on with them when you need to get oilfield experience for your resume.
Cons
Low pay and an undependable schedule. Sometimes you will be in the field for months, sometimes you will be out of work for months, but never any foresight as to when either will happen. This company only pays mileage as far as their closest office regardless of how far you have to travel. Often you have to work outside of your scheduled shift, but only get paid for your scheduled shift.
