Pros

There are some really nice drivers that I work with

Cons

There is very little respect for drivers from management. We are spoken to rudely, and we are not included in events that other employees are included in. The pay is not commiserate with the lack of morale, and management is not interested. If you have a question or concern, you could grow cobwebs before they get back to you.

Pros

Driving cars - as a driver (transport driver, auction driver), you'll drive every sort of car imaginable, including luxury vehicles. They offer some benefits after 90 days.

Cons

Politics. Pay is very low. If you respect yourself, you'll find a way not to be in the entry level jobs for long, in my opinion. Management sees you as as an animal, in my personal opinion. I quit after a manager lied to another manager in front of my face about what he did - to save his own rear end. That was perhaps one of the most amazing moments of my work life. The work atmosphere was not tolerable to me.
