Small college with a laid-back feel and some issues - Anonymous employee Columbus State University Employee Review

I found there to be a great deal of issues in the upper management levels - in addition to the usual petty politics, there seemed to be a lot of back-and-forth over who was responsible for certain issues. Lots of confusion at times with how things were supposed to be running. I found that a lot of times the students took a back-seat when it came to many issues.
