Pay is HORRIBLE. Management constantly micromanages you. There is no work-life balance, even if you have the time to take. Don't expect to receive praise and thanks from other departments, but expect to receive the BLAME for EVERYTHING. Employees tend to burn out quickly and quit in this position.
