Micromanagement, they are not honest about hours, job description or duties. They have many people working in positions that they have no knowledge, experience or training. As a new employee you are thrown into your job with no knowledge of the organization. They hire and fire people over personal not professional opinions.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping, health club.

Favoritism, constant change in leadership, chaos, don't follow rules because they're a sovereign nation. Awful, uncomfortable place to work.
