Pros
Work Life Balance is great. They are very good at helping adjust schedules to fit needs. Breakfast on Fridays, Snacks & Juice everyday, Clean office.
Cons
The benefits are too high especially for the low salary they are paying. No bonuses if you're not in the call center, low pay and a low percentage raise yearly. Not much room for advancement. High turnover and current employees are stuck doing work in other departments due to short staff. Did I say the pay sucks. Oh yea low pay.
