Pros
If you need the experience for your profession, go for it. I wouldn’t plan on hanging around for long....
Cons
High turnover at every level. There is little room for growth, and people leave the moment they can find something better. Unethical in that high earning employees are terminated with no proper warning, even at management level, in order to save on costs with a lower earning replacement. Management is cheap, and you can feel the effects of it. Poor and old facilities that are not maintained or updated. This is apparent by the duct tape holding the carpet together on the floor, or the daisy chained power adapters powering dozens of computers. Very few office perks make you feel unappreciated. Very low quality Old and slow computers with square monitors and productivity software older than a decade. IT is unresponsive, and it can take hours to get a hold of someone, even for simple requests. Poor and ineffective management structure leads to a lot of frustrated employees. Instructions are funneled down from the very top with little autonomy in middle management. The only people that are around for long are upper management, that alone should tell you what you need to know. This is no place for a career, be very careful.
