The staff are great and fun to work with, great office environment and the job is easy to get the hang of and fun to do, as well as it pays great and gives bonuses, and ceo and staff you work with are amazing and easy to talk to

The directors (not CEO) hire their friends which unfortunately leads to very under qualified managers and lack of set goals/directives
