Pros
International experience, working with some of the most renown brands around the world, challenging projects, good opportunity to learn new skills
Cons
Extremely hierarchical organisation, very poor management skills, little room for any self initiative, everything is micromanaged from the top down - making it very hard as a salesperson. You are pretty much asked to obtain massive targets with zero support or rational methods to get you there. In fact, targets are seemingly made unattainable so your bonuses will not be paid out. Extremely frustrating. Zero bargaining or negotiating power. You are pretty much a pawn in a large game, and will not have any real impact as they do not value their employees - but you better believe they will expect the world of you, but with your hands tied behind your back. The environment I would say was not friendly, and the culture is way off - very rigid, bland, and overall demotivating. Of course there were some very nice and lovely employees in the mix, but as an overall company, most are a bit sharky.
