Seemed great until management made some changes - Computer Repair Technician Comark Employee Review

Some of the most straightforward, personable, and witty people work at Comark Corp. The best coworkers I've ever had. Management was understanding and flexible, yet on task and kept things moving forward at all times. They provided me with enough responsibility to learn and grow as an intern trying to enter the world of engineering, but didn't hover over my shoulder as I developed. Upper management treated every employee with respect, gratitude, and attention to their needs. Company culture was superb.

I was one of the first interns on my team at Comark, so it was occasionally slow as management figured out what to put me on and what tasks to give me, but overall no complaints.

Good place to work to learn how things should not be done.

Terrible communication Upper management blames their shortcomings on manufacturing floor Company is run by engineers Comark was bought by Source Code and things just keep getting worse. No performance reviews Small raises every 2 to 3 years Long time employee have 0 experience outside of Comark and stuck in there ways. Manufacturing supervisor doesn't know anything People leave and/or are let go and not replaced. Other employees are expected to take on other's work without getting training Expensive insurance They took some holidays/sick time away
