Pros
Managers are good and they try and schedule you near where you live. They have an old stable of good clients so there is usually work. Co-Owner, David Collins is a good marketer.
Cons
The investigators use to get a percentage of the billable day. So when I worked there we would routinely take home $2,500 every two weeks. But the company was sold and the new owner has only honored that for the older investigators. Now the pay range is $14.00 - $20.00 depending on experience. Maybe higher if you can negotiate. If you leave the company and come back they will hire you back at the lower pay level. Overall, the majority of investigators resent the owner who is an attorney and spent lavishly on a new office building while cutting their pay.
