No clear direction from management

The job provides good exposure to different aspects of the business, especially in client management, project implementation, and working closely with customers. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership and be involved in projects from start to end. The team is supportive and helpful especially when we have a hard dead line to meet.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, priorities can change quickly, and employees may need to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This can sometimes lead to a heavy workload and require strong time management and adaptability. Though it do not happen often, only when required or needed.
