      - stipendio buono, si può trattare molto sui superminimi individuali - posizione stimolante - bellezza della materia trattata, dal punto di vista dell'ingegneria meccanica - ambiente di lavoro informale - smart working - fino a quando c'è stato

      Cons

      - CEO che tratta dipendenti come numeri - smart working che non c'è più - si fa cassa integrazione ad ogni occasione - nonostante gli utili aumentino - ad ogni incremento contrattuale collettivo, superminimi individuali assorbiti

      Get to work from home Healthcare is amazing

      Cons

      Hasn’t given raises since 2020 Cut salary for all employees by 20% for months while the CEO took 3mil bonus Lucky if we even get a bonus Crazy high turnover rate so no one knows what they’re doing and they never hire any new people so everyone is constantly over worked without getting more compensation Also makes employees travel to offices in different states with their own money and without reimbursement

      Cons

      Company is so cheap we had to ration toilet paper. No supplies in the cupboards, no ink for printers. No raises in 4 years unless you’re under 40.
