People are mess...lack of transparency from management, trust issues from managers, not a single manager cares about their team. Over indulgences of managers to get work done.

Stressful. management should know noone is happy with team change process, going back to old ones and structures, should consider our wish-we are happy with present ones. The current management style lacksw clear communication regarding team restructuring.
