Great agents but toxic management culture and no training - Sales and Leasing Associate Commercial Properties Employee Review

My time at CPI has been nothing short of a fantastic experience. Leadership truly cares about each and every one of the staff and we celebrate wins as a team. It is typical to have regular company events, both in office and elsewhere, as well as regular profit sharing bonuses. The culture and environment in the office is second to none, in my professional experience.

I truly have no complaints.

Direct coworkers were great people and work/life balance is accepted as the norm so long as you make sure your work gets completed and no one is left hanging. Anyone below senior management is great.

The GM plays mind games. They are nice as long as you let them create their own rules. They claim to value employees but pay under market and as soon as you resist doing something that doesn't feel right they treat you completely differently. They operate under a thin facade of caring about employees while really trying to always hold an upper hand in case anyone needs to be kept quiet.
