The company demands your best, but if you meet the challenge, the rewards are great. Lots of opportunity to grow your own career and choose your own direction. The people who work here are insanely smart, which in turn encourages you to drive your own abilities and knowledge to higher levels. Tons of opportunity for personal growth. This is a very exciting organization to be involved with, and the industry is exploding. The culture of the company is also great, a work-hard play-hard kind of mentality. Most people here seem to have the ability to contribute strongly to the growth of the company, while also cracking jokes and making things fun.

Working here is demanding, so taking true time off and "unplugging" can be difficult. However, people are supportive and do encourage you to take a break when you have time! This is also not a place for people who need structure. If you like having precedents and doing things as they always have been done, other places may be better for you. However, if you are someone who does well on the fly and figuring out things as you go along, this is the place! New suggestions on processes, tactics, etc. are highly encouraged from everyone.
