(directors & upper management) *Join this company at your own risk of possibly losing your job at any time due to mismanagement and lack of a business plan. * best raise you will get as a woman is 2%. no room for growth, lazy people are promoted within. *Disorganized leadership with no technical skills required, best for people who like to use their looks or smooth talking to get higher positions up in the company. *Nepotism is at an all-time high with this company, employee morale is at an all-time low.
