This position was a great opportunity to get my feet wet in the industry. The work is interesting and the people are generally very nice.

The starting salaries can be on the lower side.

I love working here, it is a very friendly and supportive atmosphere. It is a small company, so I feel that my work is valued and important to the success of the company. Good benefits and my schedule is very flexible. As long as I am doing my job to the best of my abilities, my boss does not feel the need to micromanage.

No major cons that I could think of. I have been with the company for a few months now and always love coming to work.
