Pros
- interesting product - fantastic code quality - experienced and knowledgable coworkers - lots of work to do leading to a good balance of freedom and direction - fantastic work life balance
Cons
- not a lot of hand holding (could be a pro) but it requires you to be aware of expecations and know how to communicate and seek answers - product and codebase is complex with little to no documentaion. Great if you love to read code like myself, but it can be challenging if you aren't used to diving into a large code base
