Unstable management - Anonymous employee CommonSpirit Health Employee Review

Management is unstable and unreliable. They don't seem to care about the employees and you often see administration and supervisors hanging out at the coffee shop while you are busy. Then to be told constantly that the hospital is broke and we have to cut this and not do that! Very frustrating and demoralizing attitude
