Pros
I absolutely love working here because of the schedule flexibility, the diversity, the personal care from all the managers including my CEO, and the amazing colleagues who make me feel like we are a family. I love how they emphasize on employee development and I get to complete all the certificates that DHGE provides with no cost.
Cons
Because of having staff from different parts of the world with different time zones, the collaboration can be challanging at times.
