Pros

Remote positions. Most of the VP levels and above are pretty down to earth. The leadership outside of IT did not allow the leader to continue to take advantage.

Cons

Our CIDO just resigned with one week notice. She brought probably 60-70 percent of the Senior IT Leadership. Several have alluded these leaders did not have any healthcare background. The came from retail space. There are grave budget issues, caused by these leaders. The one at the top is leaving a very large mess. All we can do is hope the next leader reads what employees doing the work think. Hoping to see we go back to our roots, healthcare and our mission. Get rid of everyone brought in. We need a re-do. There are still many of us pre-merger that believe in this company.

The units do not work well together, a lot of animosity between unites.
