Spouse’s Amazon Health Plan = Best, Common Spirit Healthcare Plans = WORST - Registered Nurse, BSN CommonSpirit Health Employee Review

401k match is not great or competitive with some health systems in town. My spouse worked for Amazon. Best health plan EVER. They went to a startup and UNFORTUNATELY we had to go on Common Spirits “best” plan which sucks, or a there’s Common Spirit network plan which potentially compromises your care but is less out of pocket. We work in healthcare, we know! If we or someone we love gets something serious or chronic or rare, I want to see the best doc in the country at like Sloan, Mayo, Cleveland, Fred Hutch, OHSU, Cedars, top Children’s for kiddo, etc…. We have good docs but there aren’t a lot of thought leaders on the cutting edge in our system.
